Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable
• Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide accurate information to clients regarding salon services and pricing
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area, including monitoring inventory of salon products and supplies
• Assist clients in checking in and out, processing payments, and handling cash transactions
• Provide product recommendations and assist with retail sales
• Collaborate with salon staff to ensure smooth operation of daily activities
• Handle client inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain client records and update appointment schedules accurately
• Stay up-to-date with salon services, promotions, and policies to effectively communicate with clients

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a salon or spa environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in using computer software and salon management systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
• Knowledge of beauty and haircare products is a plus
